PROCREST is a small online shop run by a real team. We started because we got tired of the same boring options everywhere. Every order that comes in still gets packed and checked by a person, not a robot.

Using Our Site

You’re welcome to browse, ask questions, and buy. Please don’t misuse the site — no scraping our content, no trying to break things, and no copying our photos or words for your own store.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. That email means we received your request, not that it’s shipped yet. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. If something looks wrong with a price or your order, we’ll reach out before charging you.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work it out with you. Items should come back in the condition you received them.

Your Account and Content

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Anything you send us — reviews, photos, messages — stays yours, but you give us permission to use it to run and improve the shop.
